1. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! However, due to hygiene reasons, used or opened tattoo stickers cannot be returned or exchanged.
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
To request a return or exchange, please email us at tidesculture@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). Once approved, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Please note: We do not accept returns on custom or promotional items.
2. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
3. Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand):
- Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Free Shipping: On orders over NZD $29.99
- Tracking number will be provided once shipped.
International Shipping:
We currently ship to selected countries. Delivery timeframes vary by location (typically 7–15 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.
4. Product Safety Disclaimer
Our temporary tattoos are made with non-toxic, skin-safe materials and are generally suitable for most skin types.
We recommend:
- Performing a patch test before full application
- Avoiding use on sensitive or broken skin
- Keeping away from eyes and mouth
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivity. If irritation occurs, please remove immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
5. Privacy & Customer Information
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to process your order, and we do not share your data with third parties, except where required for shipping or legal compliance.
